Reproduced on staging 3.14.2 and twice in production this morning. Add 41 items to a cart, press Pay, and the call to /orders/confirm returns 500 and the cart is emptied. Forty items is fine. Both production hits were wholesale accounts, one of them Kettleby Foods. The trace points at the tax line splitter.

What is the worst it can do to our board?

A wrong label and a wrong assignee, both a click to undo, plus a comment you can delete. It never transitions an issue, edits a description, changes priority or closes anything, and when the area is unclear it leaves the issue unassigned and says so. Rehearse on the staged issues before pointing it at a live project.
