How does the agent attach a call recording to the right deal?

It uses Add Call Log to record the call against a deal, then Attach Call Log Recording to link the audio to that same log. Both run through your Pipedrive credential, which resolves server side and never reaches the model.

Does scraping LinkedIn require my personal login?

The agent uses the LinkedIn credential you connect, scoped to what that credential allows. Scrape User Profiles and Scrape Company Employees read profile data, and nothing is saved unless you have the agent write it into Pipedrive.
