Only what you allowlist. List Calendar Events and Add Call Log can be on while Delete Calendar Event stays off, so the agent reads your schedule and writes to the CRM without the power to wipe events. You set the surface per node.

Will it create duplicate events or logs?

You control the operations, so you can keep it to reads plus a single create per run. Because it can List Calendar Events and Fetch Calendar Event first, it can check what already exists before it adds a call log or books time.

Where do my Google and Pipedrive credentials go?

They resolve server side at the start of each run and never reach the model. Hermes calls Calendar and Pipedrive with your connected tokens, so access stays scoped to what those credentials allow and the secrets stay private.
