It collects the qualified users on Reddit, then opens a bulk data job in Salesforce with Create Bulk Data Job and writes them through Create Multiple Records. It can call Close Bulk Data Job or Abort Bulk Data Job to end the job cleanly if something looks wrong.

Can the agent attach a Reddit thread to a Salesforce record?
