How does it handle public holidays when counting back?

It counts working days as your checklist describes them and it holds no holiday calendar for your country or offices. A start date after a long weekend can therefore produce a task a day tighter than you meant. If that matters, say so in the checklist wording and check the first few hires in a month with holidays in it.
