Guided setup — test it before connecting anything.

Watch it work before it's live

Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.

Adding two more seats before our audit on the 30th

Sofia Marchettisofia.marchetti@studiomarchetti.it

Good morning, we are a six person accounting studio in Milan and we are on your team plan. Two colleagues join us on Monday and I need them in the account before a client audit on 30 August. Can I add the seats myself from the billing page, and does the price change straight away or at the next renewal? One more thing, will they be able to see the archived files from last year?

Set up in minutes

Using this template drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:

  1. Connect Gmail

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  2. Connect Notion

One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.

  3. Business name

The name your customers know you by, used in the greeting and sign-off of every drafted reply.

  4. Support playbook

Your support policies in your own words - refund and cancellation rules, what you can and cannot promise, and the tone and sign-off you want on every reply. The agent may only answer from this and your knowledge base.

  5. Kb notes

What lives in your Notion knowledge base and how to use it - which pages hold product docs, policies, and troubleshooting, plus anything in there that is out of date or off limits. The agent searches Notion before it writes a word.

  6. Choose which agent runs it

NoClick's built-in models work out of the box — or bring Claude Code, Codex, and other coding agents on your own subscription.

  7. Watch it handle a test run

A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.

About this agent

Support inboxes do not slow down because the answers are hard, they slow down because someone has to go find the answer first. This agent reads the whole thread, searches your Notion knowledge base, and leaves the reply waiting as a Gmail draft. You read it, change what you want, and press send, so nothing goes out in your name that a person did not approve.

What people use it for

  • Two people, global inbox - Small support teams cover time zones they do not staff by having the draft ready when someone logs on. The reading and the searching are already done.
  • First response in minutes - Teams drafting with an agent have cut first response time roughly in half. The customer hears back the same morning instead of the next day.
  • Answers that match the docs - Every draft is built from your Notion pages and your playbook, and the agent says so plainly when the answer is not there. It will not invent a refund window to fill a gap.
  • New hires sound experienced - A new support hire edits a grounded draft instead of guessing at policy in week one. The draft doubles as training in how your team answers.

Before you fork

What do I need to connect before it runs?

A Gmail account for the support inbox, and Notion with the pages you want it to read shared with the connection. Then you write the playbook and the knowledge base notes, which is the part that decides quality. If your knowledge base is thin, the agent will tell you so in the drafts rather than paper over it.

Can it ever send an email to a customer by mistake?

No. It only has a draft tool, so the worst case is a draft you disagree with sitting in Gmail. Drafts it could not fully ground start with a NEEDS A HUMAN line above the greeting, and refunds, cancellations, and legal or security reports are always left as a short acknowledgement for you to decide on.

What does it cost to run?

One agent run per email that hits the trigger, which includes fetching the thread and a few Notion reads. Cost tracks ticket volume, not team size, so a quiet week is a cheap week. Point the Gmail trigger at your support label so newsletters and internal mail never start a run.
