The clinic group settled on moving all 22 sites to the new intake form from 1 October, asked for the old export to keep running until their audit closes in November, and never resolved who pays for the extra storage that creates.

What stops it tidying up a broken transcript line?

The instruction is explicit and easy to test: the Garbled Transcript rehearsal stages exactly that sentence, so a model returning a clean date has failed and you see it in seconds. Nothing in the template can physically prevent a determined model from smoothing a line, which is why this is worth checking on whichever model you connect.
