The clinic group settled on moving all 22 sites to the new intake form from 1 October, asked for the old export to keep running until their audit closes in November, and never resolved who pays for the extra storage that creates.

That is a real consideration for clinical or legal calls, and the honest answer is that transcripts of sensitive meetings probably should not be posted into a broad channel at all. Use a restricted channel, and say in the notes style what must never be quoted.
