Before you fork

If I change the model, do I have to redo the Airtable and Slack setup?

No. The connected apps, the allowed operations, your watch terms and your ping policy live on the agent and its variables, not in the model choice. Swapping the sub-model changes which provider credential is used and nothing else about how the sweep runs.
