How do I connect Salesforce to NoClick?

The Salesforce node authenticates with OAuth 2.0, so you click connect and approve access in a standard Salesforce login window rather than pasting tokens. NoClick stores the access and refresh tokens and renews them automatically when they expire. Sandbox orgs are supported alongside production.

Can I run SOQL queries from a workflow?

Yes. The node supports executing a SOQL query, paging through large result sets with a query locator, and a query variant that includes deleted and archived records. You can also run a SOSL search across multiple objects in one call.

Does it handle large data loads?

Accepted Answer

It does. The node exposes the Salesforce Bulk API, so you can create an ingest job for insert, update, upsert, delete, or hard delete operations, upload CSV data to it, close it for processing, and then fetch successful, failed, or unprocessed records. There are also batch operations for creating, updating, or deleting up to 200 records in a single request.

Which Salesforce objects can the node work with?

Accepted Answer

Any object in your org, both standard and custom. Operations take an object type such as Account, Contact, Lead, or Opportunity plus a field map, so the same node handles whatever sObjects your org defines. It can also describe object metadata and list all available sObjects.

Can it trigger Salesforce automations like approvals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The node can submit a record for approval, approve or reject pending approval requests, list approval processes, and execute both quick actions and invocable actions. That lets a NoClick workflow kick off the same processes a user would trigger from the Salesforce interface.
