An answer posted in a Teams channel gets screenshotted and forwarded long before anyone checks it, so being wrong here travels. Claude Code reads the thread and opens the Notion page before it replies, and this template gives it two to four sentences to be right in. It also has to name the exact setting or field rather than paraphrase, which is a reading task before it is a writing one.
Run a staged conversation — no account needed. The agent handles it for real while a simulated world answers its tool calls; nothing touches real accounts, and nothing is actually sent.
Folder level permissions on the Standard plan
Sanne de Vries
Can a customer on Standard restrict one folder to a single department, or is that Enterprise only? I am on a renewal call in ten minutes and I do not want to promise the wrong thing.
Using this template drops you into a guided setup. It asks exactly this, nothing else:
Connect Microsoft Teams
One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.
Connect Notion
One sign-in. The agent acts through your account, scoped to what this template uses.
Product context
What you build, the internal names your colleagues use for its parts, and which Notion pages count as documentation rather than someone's notes. Put the links you want people sent to in here.
Escalation rules
The questions that are not the agent's to answer, and the named owner each one goes to. Cover outages, billing, security, and anything that ends up in front of a customer.

Watch it handle a test run
A staged conversation against a simulated world — then it’s live.
A colleague acting on the reply needs the real menu or field name. That precision comes from opening the page rather than recalling roughly what it said.
Existing replies on the thread are read first, so it does not talk over a colleague who was already halfway through an answer.
It reacts only to questions posted in the channels you add it to, so it cannot wander into a conversation you did not point it at. Inside those channels it replies within the thread rather than as a new post. Start with the one channel that hurts most and widen from there.
Free to start. Guided setup, a test run against staged conversations, and it's live.
