What access does it need in Teams?

It has to be in the channels you want it watching and able to reply in threads there, which is the same reach a teammate would have. It has no ticket tool and cannot act outside those channels. Adding it to one channel first is a reasonable way to see what it does before it is anywhere sensitive.
